Cautionary Tale: Party Membership Denial

Why a 'Template' defense failed for a Cuban Engineer, and how to avoid it.

The Case

A Cuban engineer applied for a Green Card. She admitted Party membership but claimed it was "Non-meaningful" and "Involuntary" (to keep her job).

Why It Was Denied

She claimed "Involuntary" but prior records showed she was an active, enthusiastic member who joined to get "better projects" (Career Advancement), not just "daily survival" (Food/Housing).

The Fatal Mistake: She flipped her story. First she said she was a member to help her kids; later she said she quit years ago. Credibility was lost.

The Lesson for Chinese Applicants

Don't use a Template. USCIS knows the difference between "Joining to be a Manager" (Career) and "Joining to get a Ration Card" (Survival).

We build a Total Package defense that aligns with your actual history, providing consistent evidence that your membership falls under the legal exceptions (Involuntary, Non-meaningful, or Terminated > 5 years ago).
